Nature Notes column now published in the Saskatoon Express

The Saskatoon Sun has ceased publication with the April 22, 2012 issue. After more than 20 years in the Sun and predecessor publications, Nature Notes will not be a part of it. Commencing in December 2012, Nature Notes will appear in the Saskatoon Express. Print copies are delivered in parts of the city and can also be picked up free at over 100 locations around the city (listed on their website under the 'Distribution' tab).

new event - birdwatching for beginners Birdwatching for Beginners Class - May 6 and 13, 2013. Topics covered include tips for using field guides to identify common Saskatoon area birds, and an outdoor field trip restricted to registered participants in the class.

The SNS Facebook page is up and running! Members are welcome to upload photos or other media directly through the SNS page, or alternatively submit files (along with any descriptive information you wish to include) to be uploaded to the SNS page by emailing them to saskatoonnaturesociety@gmail.com
