5:30 p.m. Registration at the Pike Lake Community Hall
  Reception (light buffet, cash bar), displays
  Drop of used books for book sale
7:00 p.m. Welcoming remarks, Meeting overview and announcements
7:20 p.m. Presentations to Saskatchewan Winners of the Bateman "Get to Know" Nature Art Contest
7:30 p.m. Important Bird Area (IBA) Caretaker Program - Karen McIver
7:50 p.m. The first 20 years at Last Mountain Bird Observatory; what have we learned? - Alan Smith
8:10 p.m. Break (option to take the Yellow Rail field trip)
8:30 p.m. Birds of a Feather Get Stressed Together...Or do They? - Graham Fairhurst (Nature Saskatchewan Scholarship Winner)
8:50 p.m. AV presentations by May Haga (The Seasons in Saskatchewan), Nick Saunders (Images of Nature) and Branimir Gjetvaj (Ranching and Conservation)
   
Saturday, 5. June
   
8:00 a.m. Field trips - buses depart from several Saskatoon locations
9:00 a.m. Bus departs from Pike Lake Community Hall for morning field trips
12:00 p.m. Lunch at the Pike Lake Community Hall (for field trip participants)
  Bus begins departing Saskatoon
1:00 p.m. Afternoon field trips
4:15 p.m. Field trip buses return to Pike Lake and head back to Saskatoon (Chappell Marsh field trip bus returns directly to Saskatoon)
6:00 p.m. Used Book Sale begins at the Pike Lake Community Hall
  Silent Auction starts
  Cash Bar open, Displays
  7:00 p.m. Banquet at the Pike Lake Community Hall
    Keynote speaker: Celebrating Canada's Wildlife - Jason Bantle
  9:30 p.m. Silent Auction ends, winners announced
  10:00 p.m. Book Sale ends
  10:15 p.m. Last bus departs for Saskatoon
     
  Sunday, 6. June
     
  6:30 p.m. Early Sunday morning bird walks (see field trips page for details)
  8:30 a.m. Breakfast at the Pike Lake Community Hall
  9:00 a.m. Nature Saskatchewan Annual General Meeting, Pike Lake Community Hall
  11:00 a.m. Meeting adjourns
  2:00 p.m. Afternoon field trip to Blackstrap Lake
